If you are a Single Veteran, or know a Single Veteran; who would like to work Part-Time as a Property Building Manager; and be paid in the form of Free 1-bedbroom Rent plus $50 commission for every room you rent?
Duties Include:
· Maintaining the court yard and cleaning the common areas
· Setting out and bringing in property garbage cans weekly
· Cleaning units after tenants leave
· Showing interested customers vacant units
· Renting units to new customers
· Ensuring rent is paid and collected on-time
· Enforcing property rules
