So, 46 years later; we're going to honor 74 sailors killed in the war, despite the "outside the war zone boundary" definition. What about the approx. 200,000 living Blue Water Veterans still awaiting justice from an uncaring government fro their exposures inside the war zone???

A Veteran - whether active duty, discharged, retired or reserve- is someone who, at some point in time, wrote a blank check made payable to The United States of America, for an amount up to and including their life.
